Tierra del Sur celebró el cierre del ciclo lectivo 2023 de jardín, primaria y secundaria con el tradicional traspaso de banderas y entrega de diplomas a los egresados de cada nivel.
Participaron de los encuentros directivos, maestros, profesores, preceptores y auxiliares que se desempeñan en las áreas de castellano e inglés. Nos acompañaron además las familias, siempre presentes en todas las instancias formativas de sus hijos.
La ceremonia comenzó con el traspaso de banderas. Los estudiantes de 5to año del Nivel Primario y de Sala de 4 de Nivel Inicial elegidos para ser abanderados y escoltas, recibieron la Bandera Nacional y la Bandera de la Paz de sus antecesores.
Durante el acto, los alumnos de Nivel Inicial fueron los protagonistas de un emotivo acto de graduación con el que coronaron sus años en jardín y celebraron su paso a primaria. Los leones recibieron sus diplomas como símbolo de que están listos para comenzar una nueva etapa.
Por su parte, los alumnos de primario entonaron una canción compuesta por ellos mismos junto a su profesor de Música, cerrando un año de Paz y Unión, ejes temáticos que nos acompañaron durante todo este ciclo.
Además de la ceremonia de cambio de banderas de los alumnos de 6to año a los alumnos de 5to año, el acto de Nivel Secundario formalizó el cierre de un ciclo y el fin de un largo y productivo camino para la décima promoción de Tierra del Sur.
La profesora de literatura Gisela Krapf fue elegida especialmente por los alumnos para pronunciar un saludo en un día inolvidable para ellos. En este sentido, dijo: “Hoy llegan a la meta, concluyen una etapa. La Escuela los mira con orgullo. Cada una y cada uno ha logrado convertirse en una obra de arte. Mucho se ha conseguido en estos años, por eso los felicito de corazón”.
Por su parte, los chicos dedicaron unas sentidas palabras a los profesores que los acompañaron en este proceso marcado por el esfuerzo, la dedicación y la perseverancia. “Dicen que el futuro está escrito, pero a nosotros nos escribieron una película. Fue una hermosa etapa en nuestras vidas, pero como todos sabemos, todo lo bueno tiene un fin, así que como nos dijo un sabio una vez: ‘No llores porque terminó, sonríe porque sucedió’. Muchas Gracias”, concluyeron.
Por último, los profesores Jorge Dome, Andrea Rubessa, Gisela Krapf, Jerónimo Maggioli, Josefina Villanueva, Martín Cortés, Lucila Iturbe y Gabriela Campaña hicieron entrega de los diplomas y placas a los egresados.
Queremos expresar un especial reconocimiento a los maestros, profesores, preceptores y auxiliares por su trabajo, dedicación, compromiso y responsabilidad a lo largo de todo el año. Agradecemos también el acompañamiento de las familias que depositan su confianza en nosotros al elegirnos como apoyo formativo para sus hijos. A los egresados: las puertas del colegio estarán siempre abiertas. Los llevaremos siempre en nuestros corazones, gracias por ser parte de Tierra del Sur.

With great joy, we celebrated the end of the school year 2023
Tierra del Sur celebrated the end of the 2023 school year for kindergarten, elementary, and high school students with the traditional transfer of flags and the handing over of certificates to the graduates of each level.
Principals, teachers, preceptors, and assistants who work in the different areas of Spanish and English attended the ceremony. We were also accompanied by the families, always present in all the formative instances of their children.
The celebration began with the passing of the flags. The Primary and Kindergarten students chosen to be flag bearers and escorts, received the National Flag and the Banner of Peace from their predecessors.
During the ceremony, the kindergarten students were the protagonists of an emotional graduation ceremony that crowned their kindergarten years and celebrated their passage to elementary school. The lions received their diplomas as a symbol that they are ready to begin a new era.
On the other hand, the primary students sang a song composed by themselves together with their music teacher, closing a year of Peace and Union, pillars that accompanied us throughout this year.
In addition to the ceremony of the exchange of flags, the Secondary Level ceremony formalized the closing of a cycle and the end of a long and productive journey for the tenth promotion of Tierra del Sur.
Literature teacher Gisela Krapf was specially chosen by the students to deliver a greeting message on such an eventful day. In this sense, she said: «Today you reach the finish line, you conclude an era. The school looks at you with pride. Each and every one of you has managed to become a work of art. Much has been achieved in these years, so I congratulate you from the bottom of my heart».
On their part, the children dedicated some heartfelt words to the teachers who accompanied them in this process marked by effort, dedication, and perseverance. «They say that the future is written, but for us they wrote a movie. It was a beautiful period in our lives, but as we all know, all good things come to an end, so as a wise man once said: ‘Don’t cry because it ended, smile because it happened’. Thank you very much,» they concluded.
